Make A SuperSonic Man Out Of You

Ok, I'm obsessed with Sean of the Dead. I'm convinced that its the best ZomRomCom ever made. Ever.

We saw it a few years ago, and watched it again for the second time last week. While watching it, I wondered why I had not watched it every single night of my life since I saw it the first time. What was I thinking? It's so brilliant!

There's a particularly hilarious scene in which they beat an old man zombie to death using pool cues, thrashing in sync to Queen's "Don't Stop Me Now."

The film is even better now that we live in London and get a lot more of the references. All of the newscasters are real people that we see on the news daily.

If you haven't seen the movie already, you may want to watch it while wearing sunglasses. Looking directly into this level of genius could blind you if you're not careful.

I also wonder why it took me so long to obtain "Spaced," the sketch comedy show by the creators of Sean of the Dead.

Did you know that the movie's lead, Simon Pegg, is Apple Martin's godfather? And that Chris Martin appears as a zombie extra in SOTD?

Spaced is the best sitcom, ever.

So, turn out the lights, spark up a fatty and check your coat pockets for Jaffa Cakes. Tonight is gonna be a large one.

Your new format caught me by surprise. I thought for sure I had stepped into the wrong store.
I swear I heard- "Clean up on aisle three, please."
Clever and campy.

Do I dare ask what a "fatty" is?

My favourite bit is where they try to kill all the zombies using records, but can't decide which ones they're willing to sacrifice.
