Tuesday Surprise
We had a surprise visit last night. Our friend Nate and his girlfriend Kate had dinner at our place before staying the night at the Potunkeys'. They had a stop over in London on a European trip. Marty and I were super excited to have them all over.
It was really great to see Luman and meet Kate, and it made us even more eager to get home to see the rest of the Chi-town gang!
Here we are after dinner. It was Nate's birthday, so Mendy brought noise-makers. Dave was missed.
This is Marty, annoyed at me for stopping the fun to preserve the moment. Haha.

Surprise visits are indeed the best. It always seems appropriate to drop everything and have drinks and good food when someone you like turns up. Hopefully be seeing you soon!
