Here's Your Flipping Substance!

Meg and I are busy as can be these days. Work, Wii, and weekends at the park are filling our time up more than sufficiently. Work has been taking the lions share though. Summer in England means that the entire country is on their month holiday and the bulk of the work in this country has fallen onto Megan and my back. Luckily the surge of Polish immigrants means we can still take weekends off, but our cell phones are always on.

But enough about us, lets talk about you.

Mega-Mart has been a little quiet of late, but it seems like our whole blogmunity (as in blog community, not blog immunity) has gotten quieter. Here are some guesses as to why... please feel free to correct any inaccuracies.

Colin, though he still posts frequently, has not been posting as much as he would normally do during a presidential primary. Is it because his new roommate Ryan is sedating him by pumping him full of gourmet food (under the guise of "friendship") to secretly fatten him up, kill him, and serve Minced Colin to a hungry bunch of haughty gallery goers at the next Jasper Johns exhibition?!? My sources say yes.

Sir Henry Oglepants can't reach the keyboard from the corner of weirdness he's painted himself into. He tries to cough phlegm into his hand and shape it into letters and words to save for later... but, always the giddy one, he highfives himself after a clever punchline. All progress is lost in the sound of two hands clapping.

Janice's Random Thought Jar is slowly filling itself again, and I imagine that someone should be getting a 3 page comment from her any day now.

Martha, being a poetess now, has outgrown blogs. She now finds the internet (and the entire electronic landscape) to be "plebeian." In fact, to her reading prose is, "like listening to a dog bark at the pantry door because it's hungry." Her words. She has left our blogmunity to scrape eternal truths into birch bark, and looks back only fake a smug, inward smile. But, I could say anything in this paragraph. She'd never read it. It starts with a capitol letter, is left-justified and ends with a period.

Cassie and Caleb haven't posted in a while because they're still dealing with how easy and tension free life became once they finally gave in to their secret passions for each other. No one blogs about relationships any more, so I have guess. Am I right?

Seriously though, we miss all ya'll. We were going to make some calls last weekend to chat up you yahoos, but we don't have current numbers any more. Email 'em to us and we'll call you. Seriously.

To be fair I never blogged about relationships.

I had dinner with Cal and Cass last night, and they were both wearing t-shirts. . . just saying.

To Oli-
I can't believe I forgot you and Angela! I had this whole scathing routine worked out about how you were too busy with our wedding video to blog. Wink wink.

To Colin and Caleb-
I KNEW it!

it really is my MAIN priority. I'm on it. In fact, I'm gonna do some now. So sorry to be a lazy editor.
